Benefits Page Redesign

I am currently working at Swinerton Inc.'s Human Resources department, mainly supporting the benefits team.

Swinerton's intranet needs some redesign, but since I work with the benefits team, I was asked to redesign their page(s).

Swinerton Builders is a commercial construction company that provides services in the Western United States for commercial office, retail, multi-family residential, hospitality, healthcare, education, and the entertainment sectors.

Overview:

I was asked to redesign the Benefits section on Swinerton's intranet. The benefits section should be more streamlined and have employees find what they're looking for "at-a-glance".

Pain points:

• Simplify and remove clutter - Employees could not easily find what they were looking for. 
• Update current information - There are some outdated information on some page(s).
